A new generation of lucrative BeirTex® satin qualities for hotels
Opera, Sound and Symphonie are familiar design classics, and they have now been future-proofed thanks to converting to BeirTex® qualities. Innovation with a focus on Total Cost of Ownership by virtue of an extra long service life and optimised finances throughout all laundry operations. Even better, the price is lower than before.
The timeless, evocative designs support a great many environments:
Opera’s wide, classic stripes create a tranquil, glossy surface
Symphonie’s narrow stripes and high gloss radiate simplicity and elegance
Sound’s wide intervals produce a strikingly different striped design – with a sharp, exclusive patterned effect
Operational-fit products ensure crucial profitability in laundering
The familiar BeirTex® qualities are now even more operational-fit and market-fit. An even more advanced technological development, enabling the majority of the cotton fibres to stay at the surface of the product. This ensures that the “feel-good” sensation of cotton – demanded by end-users – is as convincing as in cotton products.
The structure of the textiles has also been adjusted to support the laundry’s goal of operational excellence. This saves costs, as the products have less pilling than ever, so the finish remains attractive throughout their service life. Dust generation is virtually nil – a distinct advantage in the laundry and for the laundry’s customers.
The products are manufactured for industrial laundering and manufactured at the very best, state-of-the-art facilities. The result is improved shape retention and significantly reduced shrinkage – advantages that we exploit when establishing sizes, because the measurements after laundering are always what count.
White is not simply white; within a pool, differences between whites can pose a real challenge. That is why we have focused our efforts on developing a bleaching process that guarantees consistent whiteness from batch to batch.
Poor seams can be a product’s weakest link, leading to premature rejection. Beirholm seams are optimised, for example by the use of high-quality sewing thread, and the products are bar-tacked and free of tension. This ensures an attractive finish and maximum durability, making the textile ideal for industrial processing in a modern, professional laundry.
Opera, Sound and Symphonie give the laundry scope to make full use of its production capacity. The results of extensive test-laundering show this design series offers substantial improvements with regards to capacity – in terms of energy savings as well as pieces per man-hour. Beirholm is happy to advise on the details and to pass on the results of practical experience from use of the products.
All in all, the series offers a lucrative solution to give laundries satisfied customers, happy end-users and a sound return on their investment.
Profitability, sustainability, the environment and ethics go hand in hand ... at no extra cost
Using conventional methods, cotton cultivation is the most polluting form of farming on this planet. To ensure far better sustainability and an ethically sound product, Beirholm has therefore chosen to use BCI cotton – Better Cotton Initiative – in all our BeirTex® yarns.
Furthermore, BeirTex® bed linen is manufactured in accordance with the strict requirements of the EU Ecolabel. This ensures that only fibres produced in the most eco-friendly way are used. There are special requirements concerning the chemicals used in production – and concerning waste water from dye-works, etc. Moreover, the quality of the finished product has to comply with a number of standards.
Finally all BeirTex® products conform to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 “Confidence in Textiles”, Product Class 1 certification, which is the strictest classification you can achieve, as it is intended for babies and children up to age 3.
These ground-breaking textiles are certain to make people think again about the use of polyester in bed linen – because they combine the three top textile benefits: maximum comfort, the lowest processing costs and excellent sustainability. And, as an added incentive, the price level for BeirTex® is the same as for conventional products.
Preserving the classics. A clear benefit to the environment – and the bottom line
Optimising the qualities of Opera, Sound and Symphonie preserves these beautiful design classics, making them ideally suited to ultra-modern laundry operations and ever-more stringent market demands. A safe choice that will nicely future-proof your bottom line too.
