The ideal ambience
White makes it easy to create simple but effective kinds of styling so that the fresh, inviting bed upgrades the whole room and creates an elegant, pleasant ambience.
Textiles can work wonders
Used creatively, textiles can work wonders! Mozart gives customers an easy way to create the desired ambience and environment to project their image to end-users – at an individual level, and vary the desired look quickly according to the time of year, season, etc., by changing the styling.
The Mozart design can be readily integrated into different environments, from ultra-modern to classic and more traditional environments.
Operational-fit products for crucial profitability in laundering
Mozart uses ground-breaking BeirTex® yarns, with technology that makes it possible to spin most of the cotton fibres on the outside of a polyester core, ensuring that the “feel-good” sensation of cotton preferred by end-users is as convincing as in cotton products. At the same time, the laundry saves on overheads, as the new product is less susceptible to pilling and retains a superb, attractive finish throughout the product’s life cycle.
Mozart is a dobby-weave, yarn-dyed textile made with the recently developed BeirTex® yarns, and which, by virtue of its low weight – just 125 g/m2 – is extremely economical to launder. Despite its light weight, Mozart is not a transparent textile, as the weave is dense and the yarns are relatively fine.
The low weight means more items can be washed per load because there is less bulk. Also, roller speed can be increased significantly. Finally, packing and shipping become more profitable: quite simply, more sets will fit in a container and handling is made much easier. The fact that polyester/cotton products are also easier to separate since they “cling” less than pure cotton products is an improvement for the working environment, too. A textile with twice the service life of pure cotton and a longer life cycle than conventional polyester/cotton products – so there is less need to supplement and the life cycle cost is obviously lower.
The products are designed for industrial laundering and manufactured at the very best, state-of-the-art production facilities. The result is improved shape retention and thus reduced shrinkage, which we exploit when establishing sizes, because the measurements after laundering are what count!
Poor seams can be the product’s weakest link, leading to premature rejection. Our seams are optimised by the use of quality sewing thread, and the products are also bar-tacked and free of tension. This ensures an attractive finish and maximum durability – a skilfully finished product, ideal for industrial processing in a modern, professional laundry.
Profitability; sustainability, the environment and ethics go hand in hand…….. at no extra cost
Cotton farming is the most polluting form of farming on this planet. That is why we use BCI (Better Cotton Initiative) cotton in our BeirTex® yarns, so the product you get is far more sustainable and ethically produced.
Moreover, BeirTex® bed linen is manufactured in compliance with the strict requirements of the EU Eco-label. The EU Eco-label ensures that only fibres produced in the most eco-friendly way are used. There are strict requirements regulating all chemicals used in the production process. There are requirements concerning waste water from dye-works, and there are requirements regulating the quality of the finished product.
Finally, our BeirTex® products are certified to Oeko-Tex® 100 “Confidence in Textiles”, Class 1, which is the strictest classification you can achieve, as it is intended for babies and children up to age 3.
We have developed all our BeirTex® products to use BCI cotton, the EU Eco-label and Oeko-Tex® 100, so we are able to deliver the same price level as for conventional manufacturing.
BeirTex® products with BCI cotton, EU Eco Flower and Oeko-Tex® 100 certification are ground-breaking textiles that are sure to change many people’s idea of the use of polyester in bed linen and table linen. This fabric offers a hitherto unparalleled combination of three top benefits: maximum comfort, the lowest processing costs and a high level of sustainability.
A clear benefit to the environment – and the bottom line
Mozart enables the laundry to optimise consumption of water and energy and thus reduce carbon emissions. The fact that these textiles have such a long life cycle, and are so quick to dry, roll and handle efficiently in the laundry helps profitability and the environment.
Overall, the Mozart bed linen has low running costs, ensuring continuous large-scale operation and money on the bottom line, while the laundry’s customers are also able to offer additional strong, individual solutions to their end-users in the future.
